Refund policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with an item you purchased from Ali Paige simply return it to us within 14 days from date of purchase and we will happily provide you with an exchange or credit voucher in accordance with the following policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at alipaigeactive@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, please send back the return (at your expense), as well as instructions on where to send your new package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange or Credit

Items must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear and all tags attached for an exchange or credit.

 

Credit Voucher

Ali Paige prides itself on our superior quality products. If you believe that an item you have purchased has a manufacturing fault please contact us to arrange a store credit, once we receive your return and your item is deemed a manufacturing fault you will receive a store credit.
